Available payment methods

Pay with iDEAL

Customers in the Netherlands can pay with iDEAL.

With iDEAL, you pay securely through your own bank. Once the payment has been completed successfully, we receive confirmation and process your order.

Pay with Bancontact

Customers in Belgium can pay with Bancontact when this payment method is available at checkout.

Your order will be processed after a successful payment.

Pay with credit card

When credit card payment is available, you can pay with a supported credit card.

Your payment is securely processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details ourselves.

Pay with PayPal

When PayPal is available, you can pay for your order through your PayPal account.

After the payment has been completed successfully, we receive confirmation and process your order.

Secure payment

All payments are processed through secure payment providers.

We do not store your full payment details, such as credit card numbers or bank details, ourselves. Your payment is processed through the payment provider's secure environment.

Currency

All prices on delampenwinkel.nl are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed after payment has been received successfully.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Check it carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Failed payment

If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

In that case, check your payment details, balance, or limit, or try a different payment method.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it using the same payment method used to pay for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

For returns, we process the refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
